Our current delivery situation:
It is still difficult to make sweeping statements due to the very dynamic situation. Some suppliers have so far not reported any delivery difficulties, while others have significantly extended delivery times. In some cases this even varies from product to product. We have adjusted our inventories to possible bottlenecks - but longer delivery times are to be expected, especially for larger order quantities.
Therefore we ask our customers to contact us in time and individually to clarify the respective delivery times. Together with our partners we are always trying to find a quick solution for you.
The measures we have taken are based on the current situation. We will inform you as early as possible in the event of acute changes in production and delivery capacities.
General shipping and RMAs
If you are unable to accept your order as planned, please inform us immediately in order to prevent any delay in acceptance. We will postpone your order accordingly or find a solution together.
Repairs/RMAs will probably not be able to be processed on a daily basis. Therefore, there may be a delay. We thank you for your understanding.
