For the 10th time the industry award was offered and under the motto: "Network of the future", countless applications were submitted. With Sienergy-Control - a mobile measuring case system for more energy efficiency, m2m Germany put itself forward for the election in the category Energy & Environment. A 30-member, top-class jury decided that our innovative solution "Sienergy-Control" , is one of the best of the Industry Award 2015. Our product was awarded with the signet "Best Of Industry Award 2015". Sienergy-Control is the first step towards more energy efficiency and can be immediately implemented in any building.

S.I.Energy-Control - the excellent measuring case system

S.I.Energy-Control is a modular, radio-based system for the remote readout of energy-specific data of plants and buildings. With S.I.Energy-Control, consumption becomes transparent and can be optimised. The measuring case contains a data logger gateway with mobile radio, sensors for temperature, humidity and light, temperature pipe contact sensor (HVAC), smart plugs and a three-phase power meter. An extensive portfolio is available for application-related additions. Various other sensors such as for gas, water, electricity, CO², power, pulse etc. as well as switching and control modules are available. The S.I.Energy-Control System is scalable and also suitable for large areas.

Easy implementation, fast payback

To set up an energy management system based on M2M, companies must install a number of meters and sensors. They then receive a quick return on investment, because the information gained from an ACTUAL status survey allows energy consumption to be significantly reduced, resulting in lower energy costs. In addition, the systems can be implemented quickly and companies receive indications of initial measures and measurable savings just a few weeks after commissioning.

Energy consumption can be monitored and analyzed around the clock using networked sensor technology. This allows employees to react without delay if consumption deviates from the norm. The system quickly and easily provides information on current energy consumption. Since numerous components must work together, an energy data management system only functions smoothly if all components are tested in advance and perfectly coordinated. Data recording, analysis and monitoring must mesh without any additional effort. Sienergy-Control is the basis for a successful energy data management system. It provides the actual conditions, and the collected energy-specific data are recorded and analyzed. With software adapted to the customer - e.g. from Avantgard and their e-controlnet, the optimization process is implemented.

Companies should therefore always choose a partner who offers all components of an energy management solution from a single source, and who tests and coordinates all components of the solution in advance. This ensures optimum compatibility. However, cooperation with a renowned partner pays off for companies in yet another respect. For example, the German government offers various subsidies for companies that use an energy management system according to DIN ISO EN 50001 or EN 16247 (for small and medium-sized enterprises, or SMEs for short).
