m2m Germany launches partnership with Enerthing

For sustainable IoT solutions

m2m Germany GmbH is expanding its product portfolio through a partnership with Enerthing, a provider of solar-powered products. With this cooperation, m2m Germany offers an innovative energy self-sufficient IoT technology that creates new possibilities for sustainable and maintenance-free applications.

Self-sufficient power supply for IoT devices

Enerthing develops and produces innovative energy harvesting solutions that enable IoT devices to supply themselves with energy. This is done by using ambient light. Even longer periods of darkness are no problem thanks to the efficient charging circuit and built-in battery. These solutions offer major advantages, particularly in areas such as smart building, asset tracking and environmental monitoring, as they can be operated not only without cables but also without batteries, which reduces maintenance costs.

The special environmental friendliness and resource conservation of the IoT sensors is also confirmed by the Blue Angel ecolabel. By dispensing with batteries and using sustainable energy sources, they reduce electronic waste and lower CO₂ emissions.

The energy self-sufficient IoT devices from Enerthing can of course also be integrated into existing IoT infrastructures.

Added value for m2m Germany customers

With this partnership, m2m Germany is expanding its offering to enable companies to achieve long-lasting and resource-saving IoT integration.

"We are delighted to have Enerthing at our side as a partner that is making an important contribution to sustainable digitalization with its energy harvesting solutions. Together, we can offer our customers IoT solutions that are not only innovative, but also particularly economical and environmentally friendly."
