Superfast 5G broadband even without fibre & Co

5G CPE

The 5G era has arrived, bringing more opportunities for the internet to become faster and better.
With the advent of 5G technology, 5G CPE is developing at a rapid pace due to its tremendous benefits such as super-fast broadband, long range, low power consumption and much more.

A CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) is usually a customer-owned terminal or a terminal of the provider that is installed on site at the customer.

CPEs are connected to the telephone or data network and support corresponding services. A CPE is the most commonly used tool in Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), regarding applications with 5G technology.

It contributes significantly to the provision of ultra-high-speed broadband in suburban and rural areas and supports residential and business applications where laying and maintaining fibre is prohibitively expensive.

The cost-effective alternative

The UF51 5G CPE provides a cost-effective solution for 5G wireless networking applications, even supporting the so-called NSA and SA Mode. The UF51 features a Qualcomm quad-core processor, 512 MB DDR3 RAM and 8 GB flash memory capacity. In the downlink, the CPE convinces with up to 2.5Gbit/s. The UF51-501EU also supports a 2-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, has serial ports (RS232/RS485), digital I/Os and offers the user dual-band WiFi with 1.7Gbps peak speed.

The UF51 5G CPE's built-in omni-antenna, with 8 built-in omni-directional antennas for the sub-6 GHz band, is specially designed to receive the best signals no matter where the UF51 is placed. In addition, the design of the UF51 is extremely attractive and versatile. It is suitable for indoor use as well as outdoor mounting (IP67).
The UF51-501EU is especially suitable for smart offices, video surveillance, digital media implementations, industrial automation, traffic applications, robotics and more!
