New enginko sensors for environment, cold chain and IBC's

Enginko sensors new

In the age of digitalization and the IoT, the flood of new sensors is constantly growing. And the demands on the sensors are becoming ever higher.
The same applies to environmental sensors: precision and multiple functions as well as outdoor suitability are increasingly expected.

This is one reason why our partner enginko has put proven sensors to the test once again and, as a result, launched two new sensors for environmental and cold chain monitoring.

The new LoRaWAN sensors from enginko

  • EGK-LW22TWP00- Environmental sensor

The EGK-LW22TWP00 replaces the LoRaWAN Outdoor Environmental Sensor MCF-LW12TERWP and shines with better performance. In addition, it is smaller, less expensive and also downward compatible.

This battery-powered IP67 outdoor environmental sensor measures temperature (with an accuracy of ±0.2 °C), humidity and pressure and sends the collected data via LoRaWAN® network.

It is ideal for a wide range of applications such as weather stations, city monitoring, air quality monitoring and much more.

The sensor can be used in industrial environments as well as in agriculture.

The design is compact and the sensor is easy to set up and install. Configuration and diagnostics can be performed via Bluetooth interface.

The sensor is also available as a variant with external IP67 antenna: EGK-LW22TWP10

  • EGK-LW22CCM - HACCP sensor

The EGK-LW22CCM is a brand new device specifically designed for cold chain monitoring applications. It can be used as a temperature (factory calibrated) and humidity sensor or as a data logger.

The range of applications is wide, from hospitality, medical and pharmaceutical applications to museum environments, vaults and wine cellars.

The multifunction button and colored LEDs, combined with Bluetooth functionality, guarantee easy configuration and control.

The sensor can log up to 3000 records. Recordings with time stamps can thus be backed up, even without a connection. The recorded data can be retrieved via Bluetooth from the LoRa-Tool app or via the LoRaWAN® network by uplink.

  • EGK-LW20W01 radar sensor

The EGK-LW20W01 is a further development of the EGK-LW20W00 and is now available with adhesive tape mounting for IBC tank containers. The sensor measures water and other liquids as well as dust, glass, plastic, grains, snow, compost and much more.

The level measurement can take place both inside a container and outside - even through the walls of the plastic container.

    Common areas of application are:
Agricultural companies, waste & disposal companies, municipal administrations, warehouses, manufacturing industry, operators of winter sports facilities, building cooperatives, civil defense, etc.
