IDC747 Dual Mode Module

IOT747's IDC747 is a fully integrated dual-mode Bluetooth module with Bluetooth BR/EDR and Bluetooth LE. It offers better performance in every single aspect than any other competitive Bluetooth audio module. IDC747 is based on Qualcomm's latest generation Bluetooth 5.2 audio chip. It has a long lifetime and is easy to procure.

The special feature of the IDC747 is that it offers multiple connections and functions as both a receiver and a transmitter. The dual-mode module simultaneously uses classic Bluetooth and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). In addition, it covers various interfaces such as I2S, PCM, 3 LED, UART, I2C, USB, IOs.
The IDC747 has an integrated antenna and runs the entire Bluetooth stack and codecs in a small form factor of 11.8 mm x 18 mm. The module is "ready-to-use" because is Bluetooth, FCC , RED , MIC, KCC and SRRC certified, so the customer does not need to get certification for the final product.

 

A next-generation dual-mode BT audio solution

The IDC747 offers a sophisticated UART command interface (AudioAgent) that allows full control over all profiles such as HFP, HSP or HFP-AG (HandsFree), A2DP Source and Sink and AVRCP (Music Streaming). With Android and iOS devices, the module connects via Bluetooth Low Energy or Serial Protocol Profile (SPP). The module can act as both a receiver of audio and a transmitter. The module can be a central or peripheral BLE device.

The integrated Qualcomm SnapDragon Sound (including aptX, aptX-HD, aptX-Adaptive)is a guarantee for better audio performance with any device. In addition, the user can configure the module to transmit the received audio via a high-quality integrated analog codec (100dBA SNR) or directly via a digital interface.

All das bietet das IDC747 bei einem sehr niedrigen Stromverbrauch (<6mAmp beim Musikstreaming, <0,1mAmp im angeschlossenen Zustand oder beim Pairing). Zusätzlich ermöglicht IDC747 mit seiner integrierten Hochleistungsantenne eine Reichweite von bis zu 25 m bei der Verbindung mit einem Standard-Smartphone.
